I think you are confused, Cloak history has 2 teams the previous one the "scammy" one did nothing but to scam investors for 1 year and then abandoned Cloakcoin. You can still find some of them on well known failed projects.
This Team "the one with balls" , took 1 year to to come up with a reliable, quality product that works, not holy grail i agree, but nevertheless its a hell of a job!!

This is an unregulated market and you have something worth a damn, there would be price appreciation, propagated by insiders? Why the hell has it not appeared? I further support this by the words of the latest release, "things are as stable and bulletproof as possible". As possible? As possible? I thought the idea was the was that we had a product that was "Cloaked", all of a sudden, " it is impossible and we hope it works okay"
