Can I still join the whitelist, I think I have like $1000 I can invest in this project since there is no difference in bonus for those in Tier 1 to Tier 4.

Please what share of tokens do you plan to distribute to holders of starta tokens? I undertand that is the agreement since cindicator is a startup under starta acceleration portfolio
They are not sharing to Starta token holders. They are giving starta the tokens. Distribution - or not, is at Starta's discretionExactly. Starta will get some CND tokens, that's all. Our tokens don't connect with our shares/equity and valuation. CND token is an utility token for our technology and ecosystem. We don't have any obligations to Starta-tokens holders. We recommend you to ask directly Starta managers about what they are planning to do.

Congratulations on selling over 1 Billion CND tokens in such unique and fair way. Which tier is currently open 3 or 4?
Is ICO is now on Tier 3, I believe the whitelist is still on if you are interested in the token sale, this is one of the fairly distributed ICO I have found in the space currently, I don't like to name names about some greedy developers that conducted ICO some days ago and was found out that 90% of the tokens have been sold to their click to dump on the gullible investorsThank you so much guys! Yes today Tier 3 will close (9 hours left). Tier 4 soon!

If I don't get this email by 3AM UTC (Just under 9 hours) then I cannot participate in Tier 4 even though I have already applied prior to the deadline?
Are the requests and applications just backlogged? Will this time period to be whitelisted be extended?

Are you joking, right? This is the way I just lost my interest in this project. Now it looks to me just like some marketing hyped crap (at the beginning it was the application, then forcing to share it everywhere, then many tiers while hyping about that in mailing lists; and now this).
Well, can it be explained "officially"?
the official explanation is that there were a lot of fake applications and this is a way to filter out genuine applications and ban the fake. this is for effective allocation of tier 4 slots and to ensure the security and health of the ecosystem.

it's a ingenious way to get us all to show our accounts are legit! At first I was worried since my company I work for uses and checks our LinkedIn regularly. But it's for a couple of days and I will fingers crossed hopefully have Cindicator tokens!!!!!!
