Hello! There is no Tier 5. Approval emails for Tier 4 haven’t been sent yet. ETA - end of this week.

From what I've seen on forums and messenger groups, the standard seems to be that once an application is submitted, a confirmation email from hello@cindicator is sent that basically says thank you for submitting your application. After that, another email is sent with instructions regarding how to verify your email by clicking on a URL so that it can be added to the whitelist - for further review.

Jeremy you will receive the email about social media confirmation only if you put your social media in the form. Otherwise, you will be requested to confirm the email

Yes the ICO is still in progress, T3 did not close yet, I believe T3 was originally planned until 09-21-2017, T4 will fallow.

I would like to ask one of my doubt about the contribution cap. IT looks like we have almost reach the hard cap there was about 3400+ eth collected during the first round which is equivalent to one million. The second round is got more participants even thaw the amount is not disclosed I am assuming it will be around two million. The third round is already collected 7-8million in the contract address. Would that mean by the fourth round there will be only less than three or four millions left. Which means the fourth round selection may be very tough with thousands of applicants.
