I do not think that even if the market will grow the situation of 2017 will repeat. All experience of 2018 have shown how it is important to carefully chose the projects.
If cryptocurrency market will grow a lot of newbies will come and they will make the same mistakes that were in 2017.
I agree that when market growth people think not about how not to lose money, they think only how not lose a profit and invest money in all the projects without checking them.

But usually investors buys tokens when cryptocurrency market raise at the highest price and when market starts to fall they lose money.I do not think that something will change till the end of this Year. If market will grow it will grow in 2020. There is a time to buy tokens and form and investment portfolio.
