Ok guys, apparently the address that randomly popped up in my wallet was a cryptopia address that I used a long time ago. I just don't see the coins on my account though, the deposit address is the same and the transaction has already been confirmed. Is it just delaying or are they gone?

Something extremely sad and crazy just happened. I had about 10 million Comp coin and coin controlled it, like I usually do without looking and my wallet address I always copied in my wallet was changed to another random Comp address. 10 million coins just gone like that. How is it possible that my wallet address could have been changed? Was I hacked? The address that it got sent to hasn't been used since December 2017 and there were 0 coins in there. Is there nothing I can do about this? Man...I never had a wallet address randomly change on me like that...so much money just gone like that...

Install the compound wallet, open it then close it whenever...

Find the compound blockchain location on your hd (local disk C: / users /yourname /apps / compound, unless you put it elsewhere)

Replace the wallet dat in the compound blockchain folder with your real wallet .dat

Open compound wallet again

That should be ok it should then sync your wallet on your new machine

Yes am wondering the same at 8 days waiting to stake...I guess it may also depend how fast your internet is if your wallet is competing against a network.

The top article says `Min/Max Stake Age: 1/30 Days` does this mean a wallet may have to wait upto 30 days to begin seeing returns from staking?
