Due to lack of information, I will have to duck out of this one. Love the story but cannot buy into the seemingly lack of execution.
I don't know the performance of the presale and the figure raised, but I just hope this marketing push is not too late, so many good projects in the space presently and they are all asking for thesame resources and this boils down to which team has the best pull power to attract enough investors. The fundraiser is indeed going ahead next Friday March 31. We're very excited for that. It has been pointed out that Cosmos isn't doing a great job at marketing and I'm fully aware of that.
The team we have is super developer heavy. But they are highly competent developers and with Tendermint they built something that wasn't only innovative and works, but also something that has major traction. ErisDB by Monax is built on it, Parity has integrated it as a consensus option and companies that have built PoCs based on Tendermint include SWIFT, SwissRe, Commonwealth Bank Australia, Barclays and dozens of others.
This, by the way, is also a strong argument for Cosmos. Since it is based on one of the leading consensus algorithms used for permissioned blockchains, it will make interoperability between permissioned chains and Cosmos very easy.
