Bitcoin King BTC
This is the most stable mining experience i've had so far since im mining altcoins.

This server never goes down, almost zero rejects, good job guys, i dont know why not more miners are mining CRN? its a great coin to mine.

Its exactly like you say , thats why we keep all pool links in thread and i suggest to users to select the pool they like...

We have set the official pool in order to cover servers costs and give the users a stable pool to mine on.

There are several pools but users choice is a bit swayed in the case of CRN since the first pool was labeled as an Official pool.  This puts the other pools at a big disadvantage from the start.  People tend to go where everyone else is going because that is where blocks are being found most frequently. Most people don't understand the importance of spreading out the hashing power to keep the currency protected and out of the control of any 1 individual.

A pool having more than 51% of the hashrate is really only ever a problem when the holder of that hashpower has malicious intent though. In this case it is doubtful that anything bad will come of it since it is the coin dev that holds control of the net hashrate and I can't imagine that the creator of a coin would do anything to harm the currency.

Even taking into consideration though that dev is not likely to do anything malicious with his control of the net hashrate, this is still a bad thing for the network as a whole.  People are less likely to start participating in a coin where someone has control.  The appeal of cryptocurrency has a lot to do with the idea of it being unregulated and out of the control of any individuals.  Someone controlling more than 51% has the ability cause a lot of problems for the coin and a lot of people just aren't comfortable with anyone having that sort of control of the currency.

Some of the things having over 51% could allow are:
-Forking the blockchain
-Reversing transactions
-Doing double-spend transactions
-Preventing confirmations
-Preventing solo miners or miners at other pools from mining valid blocks at all.

Again, this would have to be done with intent which I don't suspect the creator of the coin would do, but people feel a lot better about a currency where nobody has these abilities.

Can someone explain to me why that 51% hashrate on a single pool doesn't apply to new coins?

Or should the goal of every new coin be to spread to multiple pools as fast as possible? I ask because on another "new" coin that I'm interested in they took measures on a biggest pool by closing registration and pointing them to other pools. Should Cryptonium also do this since the official pool takes most of the hashrate now.

Do you want to upload my libs for you?

Sure, if you can then it would be great. Installing specific version from repo is painful because I already have never version installed

Can anyone tell me why this is the only wallet which doesn't compile on my linux mint 16?
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lboost_system-mgw46-mt-sd-1_54
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lboost_filesystem-mgw46-mt-sd-1_54
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lboost_program_options-mgw46-mt-sd-1_54
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lboost_thread-mgw46-mt-sd-1_54

Why does it require those libraries, they are already old I guess.

Compiles fine for me on Ubuntu.  You might need to create a symbolic link if boost is not in the expected location or provide the location on the command line in your make command.

Tried, I also tried modifying makefile to use libboost in general, not specific version, compiling from source fails ../share/genbuild.sh: 34: ../share/genbuild.sh: cannot create obj/build.h: Directory nonexistent

Compiled at least 20 wallets for different coins and this one is simply uncompileable Smiley

DEAR KeyserSozeMC
I think CRN should exchange on https://openex.pw!  ON a bigger exhangeds  being More popular.
Step by step, my friend. We don't want to kill the coin before it hits any big exchanges.
Let miners get more coins first.
Yeah ,NO bad
