Every project has its own strategy to make token valuable at first by offering range of services. I am aware of the fact that tokens are frozen till some certain date of March but wasn't good to let people be able to trade and once markets were opening price could be more stable. This decision shows team is very confident in their plans so buyers have to wait that's all.

All the tokens are frozen until W12 gets officially listed which will happen before the last day of March. So you should not be able to buy W12 tokens until we get listed on exchange

I was trying to find contract address of token to see if someone opened trading on etherdelta using that. That is only way to access since I don't hold any W12 token at the moment can't do this but will appreciate if anyone can share the contract. It is possible to buy cheap there as usually happens in transitional period that people prefer to trade there.

Well January is almost half way and the first quarter runs from January until the end of March. So it will be within 2 and a half months

I think not given a particular date is fine as well, everyone knows Q1 is January to March, which means listing can happen within this time frame, given a particular date for listening could result to disappointment if the listing did not happen on that day,
People don't have patient so if there is delay on listing date, lots of people will make such loud noise Grin
