Is there any interest in reviving the irc channel on freenet? I've already registered it and am willing to hand over ops to the devs. Its easier for random banter and users asking questions than forums (or slack, which I can't for the life of me figure out)

I have started discussion with Bittrex to alert them of our plans at the end of the month.

They seem interested now... feel free to forward any questions to me.

Bittrex have always been pretty professional in maintaining updates in my limited experience of dealing with them.

I agree with you that Bittrex listing should be timed to be shortly after our December release.  We'll also be able to produce some promotional material based around the architecture that we will be discussing in London on Monday.

I agree, once the update is complete,tested and implemented, we go for bittrex.

Looks like it's 1/2 way there with 1.5 BTC.  Is that correct?  3 BTC to list on Bittrex?

Also just curious what
1. Bittrex standards are for maintaining a coin on the exchange in terms of trading volume, software updates and dev team communications? 
2. When would Crown want to approach Bittrex about listing -- seems like this would be after the planned December CRW update just knowing how the world works... but would the goal be to be listed on Bittrex in January?   Or what would a reasonable timeline/expectation be assuming that the funds will be raised in the next week or two?

We've got too much to focus on right now and can't afford to spend time on a social media campaign targetted at Bittrex. I've spoken to them on numerous occasions and they just seem to want to push for payment.

what about using social media power to attract bittrex? mostly bittrex add a coin by user's demand in bitcointalk and twitter..
make a tweet about that and community members and all supporters will retweet it.

Well, I have explained in detail our plans to Bittrex and also disclosed my identity, stonehedge and infernoman did the same. I think you are probably right that they want to pay for listing us. It is a good idea that next to our CRW bounty fund we set up a BTC bounty fund, where the community can contribute for the Bittrex listing. Defunctec could we set up a BTC bounty fund controlled by the dev team and paste it here and in the OP?

Thanks for the update.  Good to know the code update is on schedule -- Looking forward to learning more after the meeting next Monday, and also hoping to see the coin on Bittrex soon.

Seems like the key is to get up-to-date with the code, build the uses of Crown, and also make it easier for folks to get started with the token/platform...

Regarding Bittrex listing -- that involves a fee correct?  If so, would it be possible to set up a scripted bitcoin address which members of the community could contribute to and which would pay the required amount to Bittrex when the threshold is reached?  Could be an easy way for folks in the community to anonymously pitch in to help get Crown better trading access, and on more than one exchange?

Will be posting sketches of new web during next week before our meeting. I think it is essential to look in the future but always carefully considering our Crowncoin past. Really looking forward to it!

There are 30 to 70 unique visitors to our web daily according to google analytics, I think a better looking web should have a bigger impact on everyday people looking to understand crypto.

Code update
The update of the Crown code to the latest Bitcoin and Dash codes is progressing as planned. We're not that far from being done with the core update. The dev team is now focusing on the implementation of name stamping and time stamping to the updated code. We are on track to meet the end of the year deadline.


New QT Wallet
New design of the QT is done, the team is now waiting for few features on the core update, which have impact on the QT. It is expected that the new QT will be released together with the core code update before year end.


New web design
The dev team hired a new professional designer who is now studying all the major crypto currency websites to get inspired and will be presenting
a brand new designs in the coming few weeks. We will be posting progress of the designs on BitcoinTalk for the community to get an opinion on it.
We expect that the new web will be released together with the core code update.


Throne monitoring app
A professional throne monitoring app for android was released and is available on Google store: Throne Monitoring App
The team is now finishing the iOS version, should be ready very shortly.


Crown games platform
The community has inspired few team members to pursue a few new games running on the Crown network. We believe this could be one of the steps which could boost our community and open new doors to new followers. Details of the new games will be posted separately.

Listing on Bittrex
Several team members wrote very detailed emails to Bittrex to try to persuade them to list Crown. We would appreciate if the community can help us an any way so Crown can be listed there. We believe that it is just a matter of time for Crown to get full attention there.


Dev team meeting
The core dev team consisting of 6 people is on track to meet for a whole day in London on December 5th. Several team members are flying long distances for this strategic meeting to happen. Major focus in our meeting will be the future steps of Crown and specifically Crown Revolution.
