I don't think we can do anything to ensure that the throne stays online for a period of time.
Maybe we pay out the prizes to the first thrones to reach 500 payments? Or does that make things incredibly complicated?
What about the first person to reach 14400 confirmation on their first payment from Throne?
So i submit my txid when i get my first payment
And wait for 14400 confs, once this is hit we can see where i came in the race
Scratch that... It wont work
We need incentive for the hoster to see the 14400 block through and not just one block
