Will u have desktop version of the exchange? Like binance one?
It would be very appreciated by the way. Hope team will consider that
Firstly web version has to be delivered properly. Dont look far away ahead
Android/ios apps are planned? What is the date of the realese? At least preliminary
It is not a priority right now. Im pretty sure team has such intentions but not as for now

Where are u going to store the collected funds? Parity multisig is not acceptable due to the vulnurability. Thats why im curious about ur solution
It is kinda obvious - cold wallet. It is the safest way to save crypto

Why exactly ETH for ICO? Would not it has more sense to use other tech? Ardor as an example
It is the most convenient way how to conduct ICO. Imho
Agree with the guy above. Ardor will be perfectly suitable here. Even binance is developing its own dex on ardor tech

So all the assets are being stored at stex exchange.
But lets imagine the situation I wanna buy some coins of one of the new icos with its own blockchain. Lets say quark. But ur exchange does not support this new coin. So i wont be able to use stex for that purpose?

As good as the STeX concept might be, it can't work magic.

If an asset has its own blockchain, maybe even a proprietary one, it's not that easy to simply "add" it to an exchange. STeX or any exchange for that needs to be sure that everything works properly and that there are no issues with said blockchain. You can't afford to add an asset that has faulty code or that has vulnerabilities.

On top of that, there needs to be a risk assessment of the asset itself whether it's even worthy of being added to the exchange. Is the project legit? Will there be enough volume? There are a lot of questions that need to be answered. You need to keep in mind that every added asset potentially dilutes the liquidity pool, even if STeX is (partly) compensated through possible listing fees.

So you see that there are good reasons not to simply add every ICO token/coin.

New coins will have to be added to STeX and it's liquidity pool too allow trading, so support is required. But listing of new ICOs should be easy, there already is a form for new coins.

If there is a necessary KYC process? I mean on the exchange.. could anyone answer?

No, for simple trading it's not needed. Only if you want pro account or much higher withdraw limits, you will have to do KYC.
It would be easy only for erc20 tokens but about coins with own blockchain it would be hard i think
