Just have a look at the roadmap. You can imagine though that such a project will never have a "final" version? So it's not that important how you call a certain version but rather what functions it provides and how stable/reliable it is.

IDEX is decentealized exchange. Stex is rather different project and aiming completly different tasks

Cmmon! It is really necessary! Token requires liquidity. Otherwise it will fall in price just after stex lauch

Yeah, most exchanges tokens are only available to trade on its native exchange, the teams probably don't even try to add them anywhere else. As an exception, Binance BNB is listed on Bancor and Gate.io, so it's not impossible. But is it really necessary? I mean A2A has utility value only on STeX.
