Did I understand it correctly that ECHT is claimed to be Ethereum ERC-20 token? If so, why hide the contract? Do you have it? Or, can you even write it? And will you?
2) Blockchain based messenger. I'm ok with it. But why do you require phone number and/or social accounts?
3) You're going to use IPFS for file sharing. Do you understand that IPFS is basically a transport protocol? I mean, to make sure that file will be stored at some node, one must request the file through this node. It's not like "hey, I put an IPFS node on my phone, here's my sharing folder, here's the hash", send the hash to the receiver, go offline and hope that the receiver will actually get the file.
