The very first CasinoCoin exclusive casino was recently launched by our very own @CasinoCoin! Currently, you can play American Roulette with your CasinoCoins, and there are plans in the near future to open up a poker room!

In the last 2 weeks, I've been notified of new sites and services that have integrated CasinoCoin, but I've waited to officially announce them until after the hard fork has occurred. Now that we've successfully transitioned, I will be announcing them over the next couple of days in this thread and on social media.

In order to grow CasinoCoin, it's important that the community supports the hard work and effort put in by these sites and services that have integrated CasinoCoin, or have built services for CasinoCoin from the ground up. Using your CasinoCoins to play games, make purchases, spreading the word out, tipping or even dropping a thank you note to the people behind these services are ways you can show your support. Getting the community to rally behind the adoption of CasinoCoin will help to attract new merchants and game operators into the space.

I'll be putting together a page on the CasinoCoin homepage that will show people where they can play and spend their CasinoCoins at. Look forward to seeing this list expand!

From all indications thus far, the hard fork transition has gone smoothly! Thanks to all of you for your timely upgrades and for helping out to alert others of the hard fork. For those of you reading this who are not currently on CasinoCoin 1.1.x, please upgrade as soon as you can.

It's been really interesting to see Kimoto's Gravity Well in action since block #227,000! In the days leading up to the hard fork, the network hashrate was somewhere between 20-40Mh/s since we were stuck at a higher difficulty. Whenever difficulty would drop and CoinWarz would show CasinoCoin as the #1 most profitable coin, flash miners would come in from the multi-pools, and after 720 blocks, the difficulty would shoot right up again. Since KGW kicked in, difficulty adjustment has occurred after every block (you can see this on the block explorer: http://explorer.casinoco.in/chain/CasinoCoin), and as the network hashrate increases/decreases, the difficulty adjusts automatically to ensure a block is found ~30 seconds, as the original protocol specifications for CasinoCoin was intended. This is a major plus for miners and the mining stability of CasinoCoin! With mining stability in place, we're now seeing a network hashrate of ~200 Mh/s even when CSC isn't in the #1 spot on CoinWarz, and hopefully this rate continues to sustain. For anyone interested to see these real-time network stats, you can view them on the CasinoCoin homepage at http://casinoco.in

Now that we have addressed mining stability, we as a community can focus on the next task at hand, and I'd like to hear what you would like to see our focus on next.

Great site! Any chance you'll add an option to select multiple coins to filter the results?

MegaMineros Pool..just awful.  Takes several times to log in each time due to token expiring (?!?), then don't send email they tell you that they will..then don't respond to email.

Fuck that shit.

The token expiring issue is inherent with the security system used by MPOS. Usually triggered by bad cookies and staying on a page longer than allowed. Even the latest version has the issue, though not as cripplingly as previous versions.

You're more than welcome to mine at my pool, which deapite the visual bug is running just fine.

I suggest all miners direct themselves to pools from active CSC members such as hash.so and me. Our pools will be much better at supporting CSC issues and miner support.

BookMarked! This is an amazing addition for the community, I have added it to the resource List.
Don't think there was any dedicated charting for casinocoin.

Took 1 minute to put it onto my blog after a little customizing!
Thank you very much do you have a CSC address I can send over a little tip to?
Cheers!

We are attempting to be pumped so no one be alarmed if the price spikes..

That was quite a pump-and-dump.  That's the largest CSC volume I've seen on Cryptsy for quite some time.

Hash.So is way too powerful guys...

It doesn't matter how much I have on my CSC pool. 51% attacks could easily be done against any coin that has less than 10GH/s of network. Even I could in theory 51% attack any coin that has less than 3GH/s of network (hash.so has a combined hash rate of 3.3GH/s)

Posted about it here (and on the forums): http://www.reddit.com/r/SmartCoin/comments/1xiyet/read_httpssmchashso_is_500mhs_and_entire_network/cfe9ljf

I'm happy to share the hashing, but I'm not sure what the reason for it is, could you enlighten me?
Misinformation is what led me to that, my bad. Is it only yourself who operates hash.so ?
like you said it is good to dispense the hashing power between multiple pools, but if no harm will be caused then mine away!
Yes, I'm the admin of hash.so. And yes, still a good idea to spread the hashing, if one pool has a large percentage of the network and the pool goes down, the whole network might suffer (longer confirmation times etc). It wouldn't last for long, but still. Hash.so currently has about 1/4 of the network so it's still safe to join Wink

Looks like something is wrong with zenproductions.org/csc/. Shares didn't count  Huh

If you read the news post on the front page, it lets you know that shares do count, but they're not displaying in the stats. You can mine with no issues, it's just a problem with the latest MPOS version that I'm fixing. It's only a display bug I'm working on fixing.

This screenshot is proof that it's just a display issue, your shares are working fine. http://snag.gy/O2FrX.jpg

The pool wasn't properly recording some blocks starting on the 16th. Stats will be frozen while the pool crunches some numbers.
it seems they were on wrong chain Smiley

Hehe, just got an email from alt explorer with a very quick reply!
He will update the client once he is available to do so!

I can confirm that transactions are appearing in the snap of your fingers and confirmed in a matter of 30-45 seconds.

Mooo is updated and should be used
Have contacted altexplorer again and sent an email, pmd, and posted in the thread.

If someone can get into the IRC and post a few messages that'd be great.
This is not our largest concern if they are able to make the switch in a few hours.

Hash.So is way too powerful guys...
Please take a minute to dispense your power elsewhere
