Staking works fine, although very small weight compared to the network. Rewards now set at 1 day, used to be a half hour if i'm right.

Yes you need to keep your wallet opened and unlocked (open padlock) in order to stake. I sent a free request to Yobit if every shareholder sends one we'll be trading very soon
