Anyone that bought DASH under false pretence (i.e: almost everyone) was scammed.
What false pretence?
If you look at the facts, it was at least a planned instamine:
Evan was looking for c++ devs for a "for profit startup" at the end of 2013 for the launch of an altcoin.
How can you make a profit by launching an altcoin (and be sure to be able to pay your devs)?
Answer: by premining and/or instamining.
How he did it is pretty easy:
*telling people the release would definitely not be in the next couple of hours and after that do launch it a few hours later
*buggy windows binaries
*a "code error" creating 500k coins in the first hour; >1.5 million in the first 8 hours.

I think you're seriously overestimating Evan's planning capabilities. Like I've written some time ago in response to another troll, I've been watching most of the releases, and let me tell you, none of them seemed to have much planning. It's been getting a bit better recently, but to assume that the very first release was some elaborate deception planned by an evil mastermind is something that only works in fiction I think

If you think it's something that's of such huge concern then, as I've pointed out to one of your fellow whining complainers, take it to the authorities and report it. If it can't be reported as a scam then it's clearly not a scam! It's that simple. For you to have bothered making flyers to hand out at that conference with all this reference to Dash and all these ill claims about Dash and all this misinformation about Dash just goes to show how incredibly wobbled, perturbed, disturbed and altogether knocked sideways this Dash project has you! Some made money, some (who bought a lot higher thanks to scam promotion from the likes of bigrcanada, Otoh and many others) lost money.
Any asset whose value (which is determined in the free markets btw) doesn't go up infinitely therefore someone eventually loses money is a scam according to you? Almost as dumb idea as your previous one demanding Evan's plan should've been to lose money, not to make profit.
