Thanks. Unfortunately the Air Canada flight i'm on has no wifi service. I can't wait till wifi gets implemented across most airlines one day. Especially with everything being cloud based these days and your doing trans Atlantic or Asia long haul flights...it makes for a lot of lost productivity.
There are 2 extremes of people who will sit next to you.
1) The one who tells you his/her life story in the first 5 minutes-usually starting with major illnesses, possibly drinks a lot and definitely won't shut up till you land (this type can be fun and does pass the time, helps if you drink a lot to get on their level)
2) surly git who wont even look at you never mind speak anything, even simple plane trivia is ruled out (usually in a business suit, probably pissed off because they would not let him to do a cheap upgrade to business class to escape the smelly peasants). In this case, make sure you've got a good pair of headphones and an aisle seat because they sure as hell don't like being moved.
