Just remember what Tok is going through on a much smaller scale at the moment, and don't let the quick rich gambling demon eat you alive.
Just before I start attracting any unjustified sympathy, I only 'gambled' 4.8% of my holdings on my 'wee short'. Not quite in stonehedge's premier risk league. (In fact it wasn't even a gamble, it was a highly quantified analytic....blah blah blah)
I'm sure happy to hear he's back in play though - at whatever level. He's gained a lifetime learning event and managed to retain a horse in this race as well ! Pretty good value if you ask me. The gods have shown mercy
(P.S. Having a partner who takes the 'philosophical view' can't be bad going either - even if it has to follow a few lashings with the metaphorical rolling pin).
Just trying to forewarn our mutual friend. (As you know, I am interested in testing the waters of trading, but not without a clear signal, which I have yet to see.) I think for StoneHedge it is important to not rationalize the odds. It will be all to easy to see a sure-thing. Cleverhash ... will find it easier to aquire an invester if DASH hits the roof and breaks it open

It will always be better to share a masternode over buying a mining equipment...
All i learned is to never buy a pre-order for a mining equipment...

Newb looking for some advice.
Ive been doing a ton of research into investing in cryptos. After all the research, I feel darkcoin has great potential and want to purchase some. (Up to 1K USD worth)
Problem is I dont have any bitcoins.
I can purchase bitcoins from coinbase as my bank account is linked, but they will not arrive until Friday. (its also like 5 dollars more per coin than on cryptsy)
Is there a way I could get some coins faster? (I wanted to buy Darkcoins last night when they were .017, but like i said i has no bitcoins)
Do you think waiting until Friday to purchase DRK will be too late? Or do you think there will be another low point i can buy in at?
I dont want to miss out on this one.....

weselldark.com : You pay a premium .. of like 20% above market rate. If you are betting that by friday its gonna be more than 20% then go for it . If not .. wait until friday .

Im in the US. I looked into localbitcoins.com but didnt see anything that would work. (I only have paypal set up, none of the other services. And most places wont let me buy just 4, they have super high limits like 30 minimums)
I'll look into easydarkcoin.

I know it's nearly impossible to NOT do this but you need to stop looking backwards at what might have been. Imagine what the 10,000 BTC pizza guy has been going through!
You have masternode again which is a whole lot more than many here who are still trying to get to this achievement so it's onwards and upwards!
Arhg, darn this up-tick. At this rate I'll never get my masternode--only 94 dash to go and the $ amount keeps increasing.
On the other hand my 906 Dash, do seem to be holding up very nicely.
Slow and steady wins the race.

Jup, I think for instant BTC you have to pay many fees everywhere
I've sold Bitcoins on Localbitcoins and I thought it was great - both for the buyer and the seller. I spent a day though wading through all the procedures and being paranoid that I wasn't doing anything mad. It's actually quite easy once you do it. Probably even better for the buyer.

Ok maybe a good option for your location. But not for germans for example. Fortunately we have a bank linked to BTC marketplace and can buy fast for 1% fee

To bad we've already archived it...and the cover-up just makes them look more guilty.
Could you imagine being prosecuted just for a simple forum regarding a digital currency?

Jup, I think for instant BTC you have to pay many fees everywhere. Maybe you have luck and get some cheaper coins friday than today, maybe not. Nobody knows.
