- Devices would "talk" to each other (acting like nodes) to move information around wirelessly

I've always wanted to build a system like that but it will take millions of units

for a device to "talk" to another device say - 2000 miles away - a link needs to be made with each device thereafter to finally connect to the 2000 mile device

electronic "bridges" would have to be built to span the distances between some cities (outside of peak travel times)

I don't know much about the system but would it not come to realisation faster if this was built on top of the android os? Pretty much every household has one and android phones have quad core cpu's and 2gigs or more of ram these days with good wifi and 4g capabilities.

I think if they could build this system on top of android it would take off extremely rapidly especially in countries like China.

I would not camp in front of Otoh's wall if he let me buy some DRK for small amount of BTC that I have left so don't be mad on us wanting to get to first MN.
Also I am not mad at Otoh for not leting me do so.

Hi m8s. I think That Otoh is not the living wall, but living LEGEND. Not because he is clever and know how to make money,( he is owner of maybe 200 000 drk,and with his actions lately he doubled his value in btc and usd.) , but because he is doing what he claim. One of the most brilliant things about masternodes is they provide a financial incentive to strengthen the network. It's truly brilliant. And make no mistake, the guys working on meshnets that bypass ISPs and cellular networks are absolutely allies of us cryptocurrency guys. WE WANT AND NEED meshnets to roll out in mass. If Darkcoin was intertwined with these meshnets to provide a financial incentive to run one, they would explode. And so would Darkcoin.

Right now you pay the assholes at Comcast or Verizon to connect. Wouldn't you rather some Darkcoin Meshnet holder get paid a small amount of Darkcoin to connect someone instead of those fuckers?
