ShapeShift Introduces Identification Requirements, Highlights Need for DEXs and Dash

ShapeShift.io, the popular cryptocurrency exchange platform that previously did not require any accounts or registration, will begin rolling out an optional membership registration that will soon become mandatory.

The ShapeShift blog post written by founder and CEO Erik Voorhees, describes the “ShapeShift Membership [as] a loyalty program” that will include such features as “higher trading limits, rewards on trading volume, better pricing, private market and trade data, and early access to new coins, products and services”, depending on membership level. There will be five membership levels, with level 1 being free, but membership still “requires basic personal information to be collected”.

Erik went onto described in the blog post that the team is not pleased with the new developments, but is still committed to the original goals of cryptocurrency.

Dash Venezuela Hosts 11th Dash Conference

Dash Venezuela recently hosted their 11th Dash Conference, 9th Dash City, and 8th Journalist Workshop in the Centro Cultural Chacao in Caracas, Venezuela.

The first day of the conference started with a workshop for 12 local journalists. The Dash Venezuela communication team started the workshop by discussing “the topics and participants to the activity, the founder of Dash Caracas, Eugenia Alcalá, the sponsors of the 11th conference, Kripto Mobile, and two case of success of entrepreneurs.” Both entrepreneurs talked with journalists about their experience using Dash as apart of their business and how they are rapidly expanding and integrating Dash into their operations; one even pays their tomato supplier in Dash.

Hey qwizzie....I think it's time we all ignore these guys. There are really only a couple of Montero trolls that we have a good idea who they are. We've been discussing this indepth in a private chat room for a while now. Its been a multi pronged attack vectors....with concentration being pointed towards community disruption. I'll try to fill in more later ...but it's not going to get us anywhere publicly conversing with any of them and their personas.

I dont care whether is a monero thread or not. I care whether it is true. Are the Dash offices empty? If yes, then why did the MNOs voted to spend such a vast amount of Dash for empty offices? Who among the MNOs voted for it?

look at the chart , each Version update we are 'losing a couple MN's" - going offline
they will be back when they figure out they did not receive payments due to wrong version they are running

"Low prices" is a relative term. These same dash were going for $135 a few days ago. I agree, most of this is due to people not upgrading, but that doesn't mean all of it.
