Upgraded to 31, turned denom to 2 rounds (from 1), worked without issue.  Took about 10 mins before the full wallet switched to anonymized. Haven't tried sending yet.

Send here, i will send back

I'm still getting

2014-08-16 01:49:51 DoAutomaticDenominating : No funds detected in need of denominating (2)

I have rounds set to :1 and amount to keep anon :20

I have deleted old wallet, made a new one, sent coins to new wallet and still i get the same msg

What happens if you increase the number to keep anonymized to something larger, say larger than your wallet balance?

That worked!

Set to 2 rounds, will see what it does.

Edit: 1st denom

Me too! JGC you genius!

Well, it is just testnet experience talking.

Evan admitted during testing that the number you set is really approximate and also depends on the inputs you have available. It is probably best to keep it set a good deal higher than the actual anonymous funds you would like on hand.

moved wallet.dat to a different computer, client there allowed me to remove the txid in question.

wiped entire folder, pulling chain again... DSL ftl....

CLI to launch is

~/darkcoin-qt & tail -f ~/.darkcoin/debug.log

This way I never miss anything...
Your computer is haunted.

In review, just to make sure I'm not crazy, the backup I made of the wallet.dat immediately prior to attempting to send out was 1.9M, exactly the same size it was yesterday.

The wallet.dat in use now is 2.3M. It jumped at the exact moment I tried to send out.

Is it possible that denom addresses are not being committed to the wallet.dat efficiently?

I was doing everything I could to find any indication that denom was happening and there was none.

I see his problem...  its windows!   Grin

sorry Camo... couldn't resist
If that looks like windows to you, then you might be a windows user... ;-)

Linux64

hehe... actually both... windows 8.1 host...  vmware workstation with a couple ubuntu hosts... one for the wallet I use and one for the p2pool node / darkcoind.

Got to have windows for the occasional blow stuff up in arma III fix or i'd lose it completely

My .31 is claiming I have no funds at all when I try to send, while it shows the proper balance at the same time. Won't step up to God Mode, won't let me send a single DRK...

When I changed from 1 to 8, it stopped declaring that I had any denominated finds. It just shows the balance.

Not denominating. Won't let me send a single duff...
Managed to get the client to let me send.

Had to send precisely the exact amount minus the fees. No more and no less... There is a failed "greaterthanorequaltoo" somewhere demanding "equalto" exclusively, somewhere in there... Also, could only do it from "any available funds" Any other combination of choices and it refused no matter what amount.

Still not denominating...

I think I know why you was not able to send any funds. What was the status of darksend on the Send tab at that moment? I had the same "issue" when I tried to send funds and wallet was preparing transaction for denomination ("waiting for more entries 1/2"). Also next time pls look in Coin Control Features -> Inputs... - I bet coins were locked for the process I described.
Maybe, but at the same time... wallet.dat gets bigger as it populates with the return addresses. This did not happen. There were no payments to self. Nothing. Watching debug, no submits. Nothing. It just sat there.

I figured, fuck, maybe it won't re-denom cuz these already got the 1 round?

So, I tried to send to a new wallet to see if that would trigger denom on the new wallet post TX. The instant the TX finally worked, bam... All this shit started happening.

If denom was happening, there was absolutely no indication anywhere. I was watching everything I could to make sure I didn't do that again. I learned my lesson. Yet, here I am again because it just sat there baiting me to think nothing was happening...

Yeah, there needs to be a denomination progress bar added to the wallet ASAP. Currently if you don't use coin control it is very easy to get lost and send coins during denomination.

I have seen denomination take and hour to start in some cases. Have you seen a "payment to yourself" (i.e. split up money)
It's making a clusterfuck again... Charging fees, but not doing anything... TXes coming in timestamped backwards, goofing itself up... TXes not on chain. And the real kicker... erasetransaction [txid] results in it telling me it knows nothing about the TX in question, which I just copy/pasted directly from the client's own info... Denoms appear to start, then go away... The only thing consistent is that the fee has been deducted, lols.
Again? I dunno how you have the same problems when everybody else says they are fixed. All you trying to send funds before the denomination is completely finished?  Also, what do you mean by "appear to start then go away"?
I'm thinking this may be possible, but when there is no indication that denomination is occurring...

I tried to delete the TX that might be offending, but as you can see, client refuses to acknowledge it's own TXID...

I will have to let someone else try to help with the transaction id issue, but as for denomination you are right the wallet does need to be more clear.

From my experience on testnet, denomination starts when you get the first "payment to self" and finishes when all but 1 or 2 DRK are listed as anonymized. Between that time even if it seems like the wallet is not doing anything, you should assume that it is denominating and wait to send funds.

You can also check the progress by enabling then looking at coin control in "list mode". There you can see how many rounds each of your inputs has gone through. When denomination is finished all inputs greater than 1.1 DRK will have at least the number of rounds you set next to it.
