Can anybody provide an updated guide on how to update my MNs? I used to know how, but the procedure changed with the creation of tarz files, and I haven't done it in a long time.

Is it buying for cheaper than market price? If so, why would anyone sell below the market price? To avoid dropping value of the coin?
