I did create some visual guide to entry levels into the market. they are posted on darkcointalk.
https://darkcointalk.org/threads/when-do-investors-buy.1125/

I just felt so sorry for some "investor" that bought the last ATH and then came back to complain.
This is what I learned in investing 101 but it seams some people did not attend that class.

It is fairly well known that a first test of previous ATH is a Major level of resistance.

So hope this helps, please comment if there is something you want me to explain better.  Wink
I want your investment 101 book/class/lesson Smiley

There are some good mentors I found and have learned from. They have a free newsletters that explain the markets a little. But I dont regret paying for their lessons, and have gotten back much more from the markets than I did pay for the seminars, by studying their methods.

Technicals indicators and strategys

Trading psychology and other strategies

I found it good to have two mentors so I could pick out what suited me for my style of trading.

By the way, your post is gold. I' was serious about a crypto-investment book, but for the absolute beginner, a 3 graph explanation such as yours is invaluable.

For those that might be interested.

Genesis-mining who do a service where you purchase hashpower from them have just announced in another thread that they will be adding Darkcoin to their list of coins to mine.

This might be good news for some of you as it is quite cheap compared to having to buy lots of GPUs and PCs, plus electricity costs etc are already included in the price you pay.

ATTENTION PEOPLE:

The pool operator of Rock & Pool (BT ID - RockAndPool)  (http://www.rockandpool.com) was previously known as PoolMingo and ran Mingopool.com.

Mingopool Dev has stolen 365coins from us and cleaned of our accounts. Only after we started posting about his mining pool on other coin threads, did he finally responded with complete BS and ran away with our coins.

He created this new profile and R&R website. He is such a disgrace to the Crypto world.

Oye, my wallet refuses to sync to the network, even after sitting here for around 12 hours. Could someone point a noob such as myself toward some help?

given the assumption that the global finance system will collapse - good or bad for Darkcoin?
Disscuss.

If at hand, assign citations to the facts you present, but feel free to base your opinion on history and common sense.

This x 1000. This is where the money is coming from, direct Fed injection into the market. Pretty sure we know how it ends, the question is when. I think all deflationary currencies and hard assets will probably be desired in the event of a global financial collapse.

Gawd damn that is a sexy interface... I'm not mining DRK right now, but when I do, I'm going to try this pool... It was always going to take a lot to pull me away from xHash, so well done...

You just mentioned the two best looking pools and interfaces out there. Minep.it is more advanced, though.

But they do not always have the best choice available of coin pools Sad

And some of them are worthless because they never got any traction, so you end up solomining or 2/3 miners Sad

But if they can provide for better coins, I would always be there (except when in p2pools, witch are always my first choice Tongue)

Interesting, https://www.bitfinex.com/pages/stats

Trading is getting very active there. DRK has had more volume than LTC 3 days in a row.

yeal , it appears so wonderful, and the drk coin is so innovative and many  peopel like it..

and more and more people hate it

Predictably so, people can be very clannish and petty. They get very jealous and angry when they miss an opportunity.

i do agree,
but i also would point out, that there is still an opportunity to buy cheap DRKs... Cheesy

I bet coins101 just heard it while depositing at the Darkbank  Grin Grin

Speaking of Darkbanks.. doesn't the way master nodes work kinda remind you of escrow? So later on if you added multisig vouching for the funds you could have multiple contributors to a masternode the "pool" operator has 1 sig the contributor another neither can move the contribution without the others sig. Now if you set up a DRKbank it could work the same way.. deposit drk, possibly earn interest or just use as an escrow system where the funds can be seen but not touched...

This is a ramble I know but I think evan may have something in the vouched for cold storage with more uses than just masternodes.

So I've already implemented half of what I need for cold storage of the masternode funds. That secondary key that's in the config will be shared between the cold and hot daemon.

Cold storage for Masternodes is on the way. Smiley

omg this is huge for me and I bet a lot of others. Massive smile if this works out

So does that mean the private key must be online

It would the opposite or there would be no point, right?
