Seems to be a direct relationship between DRK and XC.. If I am right DRK is coming off now and XC should rise... See if I am correct...

No ones posting about darkcoin in the xc thread yet yous post here..

Seeing as half of the Dark Coin posters seem to be in the XC thread asking about the code review.. Maybe you should read it.....

HERE:

From peer review:
"There were claims that X11 Coin has used parts of the Fedora source more specifically the mixer.cpp section of the source-tree. I have found this to be untrue, as the code is unique to X11"

http://cryptopump.info/x11-coin-xc-its-secure-and-unique-mixer-implementation/

#win

As a holder of both coins I think it would be worth toning down the trolling over there....

You have to be kidding me a website called cryptopump reviewed your code! Come on show the code.
Your losing more credibility as a legitimate coin (x11) hour by hour.

loljosh made x11coin, aka hes the guy that gets paid to make alt coins for people, he also made synccoin and cinni. Now you all know that x11coin was just a coin made by someone who paid for it to be made, just like those sites that make alt coins for $..

cryptopump is a site controlled by 1 guy, and its extremely unreliable/crappy/fake

As long as there are enough who will fall for it, that is the point.

I think DRK will able to set its feet on solid land if it holds its advantage over BTC for some amount of time, let's several months.
But if BTC makes possible for true anonymity in the near future, what advantage will DRK have?

I don't think Bitcoin will ever be anonymous.

There is no reason to. The whole point of Bitcoin is that it's transparent and the whole point of Darkcoin is that it's opaque. One isn't better than the other, they just serve different requirements.

Bitcoin's whole infrastructure revolves around it's transparent block chain. There are thousands of merchants now using it. Apart from anything else, Bitcoin would have to go right back to basics and start again if it wanted to implement anonymity. It would loose all the confidence it's gained and all the consolidation it's done over the past few years.

Not ever happening I think.

Agreed. There is room for clever 3rd party anonymizing solutions. But it's highly unlikely that Bitcoin will ever have anonymity built into the client wallet.
Bitcoin gives you e-checks.
Darkcoin gives you e-cash.

I just spoke with Gavin, Bitcoin will never become anonymous.

I just spoke with Satoshi. He concurs.

Going dark would mean additional gov problems for BTC. wont happen anytime soon imo.

Quite a few have this position.

The question has been asked and answered by regulators. Sure its just an opinion, but it makes sense.  They are mainly interested in the entry and exit points for fiat. They are not that concerned, yet, about anonymity in digital currencies.

may be there will be 3rd parties like dark wallet or tor in a way that will fill the gap an offer services to make BTC more anonym... but i also think BTC itslf will not go in this direction

Decentralized exchange, gonna be released in a few months.

That exchange is fake.

Read this MAN, "Micro-funding where under a small deposit potentially hundreds of honest transactions can take place"

That "exchange" or rather fake exchange would only be able to transfer very small amounts of $...it's useless as shit.
