My wallet (9.4.6) is showing 3 confirmations and Cryptsy shows none.

Would not be unusual for cryptsy to ignore the fork, wait for a big mess, then fix it maybe a week or so from now... They're not pro-active at all.

Did you dump your chain info and re-pull just to be sure? I think there is a newer version 9.4.8... Might be you on bad fork reading bad fork from other people on bad fork...

See post below this one for version.

Cryptsy ignored updating the client for their #1 volume alt?  That'd be pretty sub-par.  Can anyone confirm what blockheight they are up to?

Mintpal has deposited my coins now.  Cryptsy shows no confirmations.  Maybe they're on the wrong fork?

Cryptsy is awful at times. Can't remember how many times in past with other coins I had to wait +12h for deposits and/or raise tickets...

It's cryptsy... They could just be sucking like they always do... They're not going to tell you or do anything about it any time soon, that's all a person can say for sure...

It should be but to be sure, i make a general update and reindex the chain.
Downtime should not be long. The port may change.

Thing is that Cryptsy does that kind of stuff even on "normal" days with no forks. You can't tell what's going on for real.

Check with that

http://explorer.darkcoin.io/chain/DarkCoin

...blockexplorer to see the transaction if it exists... Also check if your client is in the latest block that is listed on the block explorer. Also update to 9.4.8.

can someone calculate the profitability of a masternode?

More than zero. Less than a bajillion.

I used my own personal unit of measure, which I invented just now; Flardnooks.

Buy FlardnookCoin before it goes to the moon!

To the Darkcoin community:
We are working in a multidisciplinary project involving Bitcoin and Darkcoin.
We will publish the website and features before the official Darkcoin release next month.

I'm confident that this project will power-up both crypto-currencies in important key sectors.
We decide to include Darkcoin to increase and complement the features and capabilities of our development.

Even better times are coming for the crypto-currency world.

Please update ASAP!

Some bad masternodes set off a chain reaction which forked the network
into many smaller forks. To ensure you're on the correct fork please
update your daemon and run with the command "-reindex". It may take a
bit to reindex, but you'll be on the correct fork.

Source code:

Stable version ( v0.9.4.8 ):

RC2 ( v0.10.8.8 ):

Windows binaries to come soon.

BUMP

i updated from the link v0.9.4.8 but it says 9.4.0 when you click the about menu and it is stuck at block 74603 of 74642, i'm running windows 8.
also the file (9.4.0) does not show up as an exe "application" like 9.3.0. it just says "file" and asks what program to open it with.  if i click on it in the chrome downloaded widow/tab it launches though, weird.
also the old dl labeled 9.3.0 exe  says it's 9.3.3 when you click the about menu.
