You don't discuss day trading openly if you really care about it, so no nzminer is a more sophisticated troll that you will have to deal with. Maybe instead of constantly discussing price we could refocus on the job at hand. Darkcoin is doing great, you cant expect it to double in price everyday. As we add features, benefits and infrastructure that differentiates DRK from other coins and provides added value to end users price will follow. In that direction it now seems that P2POOL works with masternode payments and will be ready for the 25th fork! This is huge! I am glad evan delayed the payment fork.

I'd like to add, increasing the awareness of Darkcoin is important too. Media mentions are very important, and we're working on that, but word of mouth/twitter/facebook/etc are great too. Lots of people still do not know about the anonymity hole in bitcoin. Most friends I've talked to who have heard of bitcoin, think bitcoin is completely anonymous. Let's all work to change that and we'll help the Darkcoin cause.

It might be just my paranoia, but recently Tante thought her account might have been hacked...... shortly after someone offered to tip her / suggested putting her address up for tips. Coincidence? Hopefully, but please hold off for the time being till this gets resolved.

I only want to make sure not to be suspected of hacking her account myself (I know some guys here on the forum personally who could testify that I have neither the criminal energy, nor the ethical mindset, nor the technical skills to do so, if someone whishes).

Be wary of sending coins to the tip address under her posts until more is known". I don't think anything about the person who originally offered the tips was implied... but I may have misunderstood.

I started promoting darkcoin as of today on twitter. It's the only coin after timekoin that I like and that adds something new and of value instead of all those clonecoins out there. Some tweets have been added to my tweet schedule and the darkcoin tweets will run every hour. I have about 1600 followers so they will get the message and perhaps read about darkcoin 
. My tweets will pop up on twitter in darkcoin searches more than anyone else's because I've been automating tweets for 4 years almost non stop now

I also would like to say that the masternodes concept isn't new. With timekoin the currency is only created by the masternodes and all transactions are stored by the masternodes and on the masternodes in their respective databases. There's a separate lightweight wallet client you can install locally to send and receive timekoins although the masternodes can send and receive currency as well.
I really see separation as the best option. The masternodes to create the currency and store their databases on their own respective servers and checking whether the transactions are the same as the other masternodes and a separate client that everyone can use to send and receive currency.

yes quite true, when you look at that though, it appears litecoin actually had quite a high marketcap.
I doubt it will get back to $50.
