I just realised that the reason cryptsy has not opened DRK market is because the coins they swallowed from C-CEX are still stuck there.

Some exchange do not count it.
If you want use p2pool, install darkcoin wallet.

At least my coins have shown up as "pending deposit" now. Mind you I remember having DOGE pending on cryptsy for 9 hours before.

Cryptsy won't even generate a DRK deposit address for me
