What type of 290 you are using?
Gigabyte GV-R929D5-4GD-B overclocked to 1000/1500.please tell me you have a windows version of this.

just looked at prices for the 270x. Wow, they've increased 60-80$ more than what I paid a month ago. The visiontek is the only cheap one and that might be for a reason, their cooler doesn't look as robust as the others.

I've been looking at that one. phm said hes getting 2MH on one 290. On https://litecoin.info/Mining_hardware_comparison one 290 gets 1MH. phm's rate is double. So would a 270x have double the LTC rate on DRK?
Pretty much, yeah. Thread concurrency comes more into play when you're parallelizing more algorithms, and the better cards are better at handling that. Therefore, you would expect the 270X to have just under double the LTC rate.

I could only assume that if the 290 is double so will the 270x. The 270x has half as many cores as the 290 (non-x). So around 900-1000 kh/s (x11)
