Why would a dev at this point in crypto with any real intent on making an actual usable coin release a blueprint of promises:
1. It puts unnecessary pressure on him and puts his development at risk to get trashed on in the forums when he doesn't deliver in time, because of inedible delays will occur when building a program from scratch.
2. If hes working on implementing an idea/feature unseen to any coin, why present that to the public or competition that may have financial resources to get it done faster? This is a superior way. Govenments and businesses do not disclose whats in their R&D department.
3. A time line of planned developments IS TO KEEP THE P&D CREWS INTERESTED and it holds no real value to anyone but them. Its like clock work, buy before the release date of a new feature and sell right when it drops and thats assuming if the dev team can even make their deadline. . . . .
