Desicoin is a Litecoin fork and is primarily aimed at promoting Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in India. The Indian Government is a little hesitant on adopting Bitcoin(Other cryptos are virtually unknown in india, maybe barring Litecoin and Dogecoin) on a large scale due to money laundering issues. The World recognizes the Indian Market to be very stable and profitable. Bitcoin has a lot of issues due to price fluctuations because it is heavily dependent on china. So unless more countries start adopting cryptocurrencies, the future for cryptocurrencies doesn't look so good. That was the main thought behind this coin. To market a product, the land of 1.2 billion people is the perfect place. If India becomes an active player in cryptocurrencies, then rates of bitcoins and other cryptos will go as high as never before. Overall, it is very healthy for the bitcoin protocol.
