ya i get the 1 transfer. but sometimes it's 2 or 3 for me. and when i cancel it because it is 2 or 3, i enter a different amount and it changes the fee. like sometimes i lower the amount and it lowers the fee, and sometimes i raise the amount and it lowers the fee. it seems random. i am cheap i don't care how worthless 1 coin is, i still want to keep it.

If you do not update your old wallet will not sync. Just download the 1.3v and replace the files into the old wallet folder.
