Anyone know a pool that don't have too many lag ?
Because with lagging pool, 9/10 of my accepted on Cgminer isn't showing on dashboard.
And with not a very high diff like 256 because i'm running a 200Kh/s GPU

You have create dogecoin.conf and add addnode= lines like in OP.
