The pool is new, it's 1 hour old, so we have a low hashrate and the probability of founding a block is low, as we have not found a block yet, this is normal you don't earn nothing, be patient, i'm sure tomorrow we will have enough hashpower to found blocks !

I don't know what you have hardware so this is default configuration
