Try cgMiner 3.7.2

with that, its working on my Win7 perfectly.

cgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://pool.testserverino.de:3333 -u username.workername -p worker-password

The rest you can edit by your own, but start without anything and see what happens...

Rest: (--gpu-platform 0 --device 0 --worksize 256 --vectors 1 --intensity 13 --gpu-threads 1 --log 1 --thread-concurrency 8192)

Just downloaded it and it's working, but I'm still only getting 25 kh/s, which is not normal for my card, even at stock settings, so I'm totally at a loss on what's causing it.

At least it's not crashing anymore, but I really don't know what I have to do to increase my hashrates. Could it have something to do with my CCC? It's on 13.9. I also have AMD APP SDK 2.9 installed.
Could either of those 2 be causing a problem?

Here's the settings part of what I use for a 7870 and it runs a consistent 300Kh/s  --worksize 256 --lookup-gap 2 --thread-concurrency 8192 -g 2 --intensity 12 --no-submit-stale --queue 2

What's your card, may be the mysterious thread-concurrency You can search and find some guides for your card.

I can't for the love of god get my CGminer to work... It either crashes, or it's stuck at connecting to the pool.

Here's the config I'm using for a 6850:
{
"pools" : [
    {
        "url" : "stratum+tcp://pool.testserverino.de:3333",
        "user" : "Scylin.homepc",
        "pass" : "homepc"
    }
],

"intensity" : "15",
"vectors" : "1",
"worksize" : "256",
"kernel" : "scrypt",
"lookup-gap" : "0",
"shaders" : "960",
"thread-concurrency" : "6144",

"gpu-engine" : "0-0",
"gpu-fan" : "100-100",
"gpu-memclock" : "0",
"gpu-memdiff" : "0",
"gpu-powertune" : "0",
"gpu-vddc" : "0.000",
"temp-cutoff" : "91",
"temp-overheat" : "77",
"temp-target" : "73",

"scrypt" : true,
"api-listen" : true
}

Can anyone help me out?

What os are you using? And witch version of cgminer are you using?

I'm on Windows 7 64 bit.

Tried it using both CGminer 2.11.4 and 3.7.0

Try 3.5.  2.11.4 I never used and 3.7 is much funny with scrypt.  I use 3.5 for all scrypt mining and have had no problems.

What os are you using? And witch version of cgminer are you using?

I'm on Windows 7 64 bit.

Tried it using both CGminer 2.11.4 and 3.7.0

I did just actually get it to work using these settings on 3.7.0 in a cgminer.conf

Code:
{
"pools" : [
{
"url" : "stratum+tcp://pool.testserverino.de:3333",
"user" : "Scylin.homepc",
"pass" : "homepc"
}
]
,
"intensity" : "11",
"vectors" : "1",
"worksize" : "256",
"kernel" : "scrypt",
"lookup-gap" : "0",
"thread-concurrency" : "6144",
"shaders" : "0",
"gpu-engine" : "0-0",
"gpu-fan" : "0-100",
"gpu-memclock" : "0",
"gpu-memdiff" : "0",
"gpu-powertune" : "0",
"gpu-vddc" : "0.000",
"temp-cutoff" : "95",
"temp-overheat" : "85",
"temp-target" : "75",
"api-mcast-port" : "4028",
"api-port" : "4028",
"expiry" : "120",
"gpu-dyninterval" : "7",
"gpu-platform" : "0",
"gpu-threads" : "1",
"hotplug" : "5",
"log" : "5",
"no-pool-disable" : true,
"queue" : "1",
"scan-time" : "30",
"scrypt" : true,
"temp-hysteresis" : "3",
"shares" : "0",
"kernel-path" : "/usr/local/bin"
}

But the hashrates I'm getting are insanely low. I tried upping intensity to 15 and to 18, which kinda makes it hard to use my pc at all, but it didn't increase the hashrate at all, at most it just made it more steady at 29kh/s

EDIT: I'm also running an OC on my card at 1.15v, 940 core clock and 1100 mem clock
