Yes, Dogecoin's supply has no limit because of block's reward is 10,000 DOGE and this value is constant. But also it means that the year inflation is not constant and tends --> 0%. So in other words, Dogecoin won't get deflation in the future in such degree as Bitcoin.

The unlimited supply was/is a bug and should have been fixed long time ago. A lot of ppl left dogecoin when the project lead decided to leave it as it is.
Also, since dogecoin became a byproduct due to merge mining, a lot of coins are just dumped daily because they are not really "wanted".
