The dev's haven't been around on here for a long time - the price is decreasing relatively to the BTC price increasing, BTC has shifted upwards by 10% over the last 24 hours hence the drop in DOGE

You could have bought in at 20 sats a few days ago. If you bought in at 25 sats today you paid about 25% more, but there was only about a 9 hours window when the price dropped to 20 to 21 sats a few times. Most people would have missed it because they were sleeping or working. 25 sats is a good buy in price.

I suspect it will rise eventually - but it really depends upon what happens to the BTC price - if BTC continues its bull run then maybe not.

I'm hoping that it will rise again - and certainly filling my boots with the low price - but it depends upon what happens to the bitcoin price. If BTC rises to $3000 and stays there, most likely not, if BTC drops then almost certainly.
