Is it possible to get a list(DOGE adressess only) of accounts with > 0 ballance? we could organise a partial reimbursement for them.

I already expected this to happen, honestly. I emptied my wallet as regularly as I could, and advised friends to do the same.
Imho I think it's very suspicious that you raised level to 100K - extremely high, and rather strange since difficulty would reduce serverload with wallet payouts tremendously anyway.
But, this is the way of the cryptoworld. We will learn not to trust any server with our money, hopefully.
