Sadly, no in both cases. As noted above, Dogmcoin is a decentralized project and the developers working on the project have no special access or ability to reverse transactions or recover funds. If you feel you have been mislead or wronged in a transaction involving Dogmcoin, you should consult the relevant authorities in respect of the parties, exchanges, wallets or other services you dealt with.

What is this judgement based upon? Doge value vs its adoption and twitter support makes it an outstanding pick to be teased out of the ragbag of random miniscule coins. Memeness guarantees its value to move up. Being undervalued makes it more appeasing for the above reason. What value do the forks bring? When something existent is cribbed it is not supposed to carry the value of the authentic thing.
