Dogmcoin is a decentralised cryptocurrency based on the dogecoin.
Dogmcoin is a forked coin based on dogecoin, and the height of the forked block is 4253400.

About Replay Protection？
Theoretically, the replay problem is caused by the mixed connection of nodes.
If the nodes are mixed, the chain transfer of either party is equivalent to broadcasting on two chains at the same time.
The source code of Dogmcoin has implemented anti-replay,it cannot be completely ruled out, which requires more people and more time to verify.

That community includes not just the end-users, but miners, exchanges, payment processors, etc. Typically the community does adopt new software we release because we have an established track record, but there's no special access we have.

Sadly, no in both cases. As noted above, Dogmcoin is a decentralized project and the developers working on the project have no special access or ability to reverse transactions or recover funds. If you feel you have been mislead or wronged in a transaction involving Dogmcoin, you should consult the relevant authorities in respect of the parties, exchanges, wallets or other services you dealt with.
