I don't see option to Unlock wallet, I have encrypted wallet but don't have option to unlock it. Does wallet need to be unlocked to mine?

I only use 1 x AMD fx 8150
2 x AMD fx 6100
3 blocks so far.
You should find some soon. Otherwise you have real bad luck.

No blocks since the first 10 minutes, looks like I need to kick the Daemons out of machine lol.
edit: I am currently in IRC #doomcoin if anyone wants a place to park their screen name. I'm a big fan of gaming trivia and handing out small prizes for participation if anyone wants. If I don't respond right away i'm probably pouring water on my cpu.

Glad to hear it, I personally am very satisfied with the people who have supported us so far and the distribution should be fairly decent. Network hash is showing great indicators that wallet mining thus far is a success. We are testing a cpu miner now to keep everyone aware, will keep you all posted if we are successful and hopefully we can get some solid pools involved.

No pools until standalone cpu/gpuminers are created
When a gpu/cpu standalone miner is created the process for soloing will probably look like this, please note by that time there will be pools so
this is probably only going to be used by large solo farms if at all when pools are live.
create a doomcoin.conf in your doomcoin appdata folder
use these settings as a guide for the conf
Then save and point your gpu config file to the rpcconnect using the port you specify

Mine directly from the wallet, instructions on the top of the OP to start mining. Type: setgenerate true in the debug console and hit enter, that's it.
