I'm happy doom hit bittrex and I've noticed the devs must be using the doom fund cause price has been stable despite some dumping. Now we just need some good news for lift off.

It's not to early because there are no multi pools that run luffa-512. We already had our 3rd halving. I think it's perfect.

I don't know why anyone would sell now.
They are not good at Math. Coin supply right now is 150,000. Block reward is 13. Might get added to bittrex this week.
Under this circumstances people still want to sell at this price. Maybe those seller are Chinese. Made in Chinese. Cheap.

questions from someone new to this coin to others in this discussion thread who've been more closely following it:
could anyone summarise what's special about it?
were basic aspects ready at launch - wallet, blockexplorer, website, whitepaper and/or features, etc. - or is the [ANN] promise-heavy?
have the devs delivered on their promises?
Any hidden problems -
premines?
instamines?
well distributed? is there a rich list?
buggy code?
are these are hard core programmers, not "copy-paste" devs or middlemen? When bugs/fork challenge pop up, are they fixed quickly?
dev squabbles?
dev complacency?
missed deadlines?
any "proof of developer"? Is the entirte dev team anonymous -- and even if so, does it at least have a solid reputation here on bitcointalk?
How does the coin production/distribution setup provide insulation from the risk of massive miner/whale dumps? Is there an estimate out there of the max # of daily BTC trading volume that might be needed to absorb mined coins?
Anything to worry about?

Stopping in to say hi, working on a new feature for Doom while we wait for some merchants to respond to our collaboration requests. This new feature could be useful as we are attempting to add a one click feature to store small lines of data on top of the DOOM blockchain, could be useful for some useless for others but it will be an optional wallet upgrade when we finish.
Everyone please spread the hashrates out, we all know it's unhealthy to concentrate on a single pool. C-CEX volume may need to pick up if we want to have Bittrex as our second exchange, otherwise everyone just keep doing what you are and let's get the Doomcoin foundation built for long term success.

Maybe whales trying to gather more coins but there isn't much in exchange for sales at low price. Therefore they try to mine with massive hash but fail due to unique difficulty adjustment for massive hashrate
Right now there are about total of 107,000 PoW coin supply
If all the coin were to sell for price of 0.00014 it will cost about 15 BTC to buy them all.
Right now it's impossible to buy a lot of coins without moving the price too much.
If this coin were to trade on bittrex and have a volume of 50 BTC, guess where the price will go.

Sorry.. Some like it.. some hate it.. Thats why there is the option for it :-S
EDIT: For me its always a "good sound" as I know the pool is working
I'm getting nervous when I don't hear it for a long time ^^i love the ding brother, for one keeps me from having to babysit my rig and two when you are on low diff and hit a shitload of dings its fucking awesome lol
