Sorry.. Some like it.. some hate it.. Thats why there is the option for it :-S
EDIT: For me its always a "good sound" as I know the pool is working
I'm getting nervous when I don't hear it for a long time ^^every time I hear the ding I salivate.
I guess I have too many pools open.

Everytime a new block has been found it makes "Ding, ding, ding"
You can turn that off by navigating to the Indexsite and look down right, click on that speaker icon and the sound is off
Ah, nice! I wanted to go mad in the last two months, I did not know what is that sound in 20-30 open tabs.

That's called "bad design practice". 
A (useless to most miners) sound indication for every found block is enabled by default, so whenever you log in and have the dashboard open in your browser, you're gonna be listening to those endless beeps... until you actually scroll down the page and manually disable that notification in the bottom right corner. It is because of sudden spike in hashrate ? Developer mention difficulties adjust is anti hashrate spike. if u look at supernova, the expected shares raises with the spike in difficulties which means someone with huge hashrate came on supernova and left once they see the difficulties got so high

Maybe whales trying to gather more coins but there isn't much in exchange for sales at low price. Therefore they try to mine with massive hash but fail due to unique difficulty adjustment for massive hashrate
Right now there are about total of 107,000 PoW coin supply
If all the coin were to sell for price of 0.00014 it will cost about 15 BTC to buy them all.
Right now it's impossible to buy a lot of coins without moving the price too much.
If this coin were to trade on bittrex and have a volume of 50 BTC, guess where the price will go.

We have already submitted it, you can use bitcointalk threads for website though (for future reference). Hoping soon, our goal is to have advertising space for marketing/advertisement revenue on the site. This negotiation is taking a bit. It's extremely necessary to continue Doom Fund effectively, the 1% premine will not be enough at current prices to sustain long term need the advert revenue.
What's up with the network? No block for 50 minutes, sgminer shows the difficulty = 16k, yet suprnova's dashboard says diff = 2962.. Someone pointed lots of hashpower at doom, the diff skyrocketed and then that someone switched to mining something else, leaving the network at 16k?

We tweaked KGW to be highly aggressive in responding to major increases/decreases in hashrate, think of it as KGW Juggernaut edition. If someone tests re-targeting which is what this seemed to be it will fire back fast to halt huge spikes, then readjust very fast if they leave.
