NTP will not help, most systems use NTP anyway but people are setting their own time on purpose. The only thing you can rely on is network time. Attackers can spoof NTP no matter how many servers are added, sure they can set their own time and move the median but they can do this with or without NTP. The simpliest thing to do would be to limit blocks from 15 mins ahead of network time to 15 mins before the previous block. I do not think there was a time limit in the first place, time warp vulnerabilities have been known in crypto for a long time. Even the two hour limit used on Bitcoin is not enough for a coin with 128 second blocks.

24-hour volume is still very low at $50k or so. But there seems to be an uptrend, albeit "quietly", since more than a week ago. If the volume goes up to more than $100k, that will catch the attention of the more alert speculators. Especially when they see the rather promising technical readings on the charts. Aye we all knew it was bound to breakout. Just need to see if the price holds. Ive been waiting for $0.20
Now at 0.16. Volume is low. But it needs just a bit of attention. Other smaller coins had gotten this the past couple of weeks. It may be just a matter of time...
I think I'm going to take a punt on this one.
