- 40% buy wall (ico price)
- 10% buy wall with 110% ico price (+10%)
- 4 day ICO fund holding period
- If sell orders price fall under 50% (of the original ICO price) during the initial 4 day ICO fund holding period, a full buy wall will be set for 2 more days at the initial ICO price.
- If problems persist at the end of the 4 day trial period, YoBit will refund the investors using the ICO proceeds and consider the ICO failed and cancelled.

You're right, the price is really not dropped below 50%. This is our fault. At night all buy walls were eaten and were only buy orders at the price of 62-64 sats, but the actual price is not lowered to this level.
In fact, it's really our fault and we should not have to put an extra wall.
We decide to remove extra wall, if the price not falls below 50% of ico price - we will additionally compensate 0.803746305 BTC to dev from our insurance fund (the original wall - 5.430080305, current - 4.62633400, difference - 0.803746305).
