Let talk infrastructure to support retailers and maybe a little charity support, seems to me that at the moment that's the only thing we can build in a couple of days with the current infrastructure.

Right. So by your logic, when the next leaders step up and community pools funds and resources together and they vanish, you and many people like you will say "Can we stop talking about the missing money please" and then the cycle repeats itself over and over again. Just like a regulated market.
