I'd say so since he deleted the windows wallet link in the OP and even in WayBackMachine the link that was provided goes to a deleted mega file http://web.archive.org/web/20150703003837/https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1104710.0
The source is still there for improvements by the community but how long will it be accessible for is the question, I suggest the community clone it and keep it for safe keeping just in case.

well i would appreciate if this time takover would be done by the sincere and real ppl not like others recent takeovers who just wanted to pump price and get rid of their stucks coins.
