I like cpu mined coins. I've been following some like koto and yenten but not sure about yenten anymore and koto I think it hasn't hit the markets. This one at least is already in dexes.
The problem with lack of full nodes was resolved
We have increased the maximum number of concurrent connections from 125 to 865 on seed nodes which is just enough for now.
If you run full node (Elicoin Core wallet running on public IP with opened port 2059), you can help others by increasing this number too.
How to do it:
Create (or edit, if it's already created) the file "elicoin.conf" in your Elicoin Data directory and add this line:
maxconnections=865
865 is the maximum number that wallet allows, you can always set lower number if you want. If you don't set the number it uses default value of 125 connections.

How to Start a Mining?
1) Download the wallet - https://github.com/elicoin/elicoin/releases and start it up. (installation and configuration is simple - next, next.., the main clock to wait until it is synchronized)
2) Download the program for mining - https://github.com/JayDDee/cpuminer-opt/releases and unpack
3) Next to cpuminer-sse2.exe create bat file with content:

Good project, but I will look further 
the wallet is not synchronizing windows x64 firewall disabled other wallets if they synchronize know the solution to the error?
I've just tried and it synced fine, so it has to be issues on your end. How long did you let it sync ?This sis supposed to be CPU mining only but is there a possibility that some other hardware gets modified so that it could also mine Elicoin?

As for "other hardware" is concerned... as an engineer I can guarantee you that ASIC or special dedicated hardware can be made for each and every algo ever made.
I have always thought that although I lack the knowledge to verify it. Good to hear it from you. Is the only way to change the protocol after a while and make ASICs worthless if they took over control?

Anyone have an idea how to send ELI from paper wallet?
Paper wallet contains private and public key.Public key is your public wallet address where others can send you coins.
Private key can be imported to your desktop wallet using.
