We didn't know ELC was already being used for another coin. We don't have time to change it now, we will in a future update. So now we can launch on time!

You wont need the wallet right at launch unless you plan on solo mining (HA HA, Yeah, Sure)
Just point your miners at a pool and start mining.
Setup the wallet later after you get the miners going.
