I have a same question two, I want to buy some ELITE on yobit, is this a right token, I haven't bought any token on exchanges before, if I want to withdraw these tokens, do i need to provide my ETH wallet?

It is not only a hype. ELITE is a solid coin that has ingredients to grow steadily. I think we can see 50$ in a matter of weeks. 3 digits next spring?

i almost made themistakeof buying this coin instead of elyte thankfully i got elyte airrop so i rembered it lyte not lite. lucky me i guess

What's even worse is that people are still mistakenly buying this coin instead of ELYTE. This is mainly because ELYTE hasn't been listed on EtherDelta yet whereas the scam coin ELITE is still listed there.
Hopefully soon EtherDelta will listen to the community and delete ELITE so more people don't accidentally buy it.
ELYTE can be traded on EtherDelta already by using the contract address:

I think it wasn't cool that enough time wasn't given for ELITE holders to be able to join the swap, now they're gonna be saying we should go buy ELYT and if it turns out another scam then we're the losers? 
People were given one week to claim their ELYTE. That isn't a huge amount of time but it's reasonable to expect that most people would check this thread at least once in 7 days when you consider that it was such a critical time in the future of ELITE. Many posts had already been made so people would have had plenty of opportunity to know that they should keep an eye on this thread before the deadline was even announced.
The deadline was necessary so that there could be an end point for ELITE and a starting point for ELYTE.
ELYTE is still very cheap to buy as it hasn't been listed on CoinMarketCap yet and is still unofficially listed on EtherDelta (this means the name doesn't appear in the dropdown menu yet but you can still trade it via the smart contract address below)

You can check out the ELYTE whitepaper at www.elyte.biz where you'll see visible team profiles (unlike the scammers of ELITE) so you can be confident that this project will last and you can invest in it.

Sorry but that deadline passed on 15th November.
ELYTE hasn't been listed on CoinMarketCap yet though so it's still cheap to buy.
The team released the website and white paper a few days ago and they've published details and photos of all those involved so you can be confident this isn't another scam.
Total supply is 1 million coins and circulating supply is even lower so if you want to get in early then now is a good time to buy.

What is going on with Ethereum Lite? I thought it was taken over by the community and renamed as ELYTE but Lite price has doubled in one day. That doubling seems shady considering the low trading volume during the last 24 hours.
ELYTE was the brand under which the project was relaunched by community members. The thread for ELYTE is here:

As for ELITE, I genuinely think people started buying it because they are getting confused between ELITE and ELYTE. That added some volume to a dead market and boosted the price. This may have then led to a self-fulfilling cycle where more people incorrectly believe ELITE has been revived and try buying the coin and then other people see the price going up so they start buying as well.
But the fact remains that the ELITE dev has pulled a scam and this is a dead project. If anyone has any evidence to the contrary then I am happy to listen but for now I would strongly recommend you AVOID buying ELITE as you may very quickly find yourself without anyone to sell to.
I think the situation has been made worse by the fact that ELYTE has not yet been officially listed on EtherDelta. But you can still trade it.

I wish I had seen the Etherdelta link at the beginning of the thread earlier. Now the Ethereum network is extremely slow.
That makes two of us. I still have my 600 ELITE and could have made an easy few hundred dollars in the last few days but that would involve knowingly taking advantage of other people.
Don't worry though. What goes around comes back around and if you've avoided making unethical money then you've got something good coming your way in return!
