Hello for a few days I have not been able to update the wallet, so I installed the latest version I found reported on your site on 0.9.17.
Even after this step nothing to do is not processed blocks.
What should I do?
Delete the blockchain?
Eventually there is a link where you can retrieve it via file?
I have the same problem, the block # is stopped at 245424
Now back to 245414

The problem is solved.
(1) backup the wallet.dat in the blockchain directory.
(2) delete the blockchains or rename the directory to keep old data.
(3) restart the elli-qt.exe to get all blocks.
(4) quit elli-qt.exe
(5) replace the wallet.dat with the old wallet.dat
(6) restart qlli-qt.exe, rescan all

The project as a whole is not bad, but I cannot see the information about the developers lately, although they all have a plan.
